01 What are the opening hours of the House of Illusions?
We are open every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.
02 Is advance booking required to visit the House of Illusions?
We recommend buying your ticket online to reserve your time slot, especially during high season. Tickets can also be purchased at the reception upon entry to the museum, without prior reservation.
03 Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are allowed in the museum as long as they are on a leash, calm, and do not disturb other visitors. If they make a mess, the owner must clean up after them. During periods of high museum occupancy, entry for dogs may be temporarily restricted.
04 Is there parking near the House of Illusions?
The Kongresni trg car park is located very close by. Blue zone parking spaces and other parking garages are also available in the surrounding area.
05 Is the museum wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, wheelchair access is not possible, as the museum is located in an old city building with a narrow staircase and no elevator.
06 How long is a gift ticket valid after purchase?
A gift ticket is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
07 How long is a regular ticket purchased online valid?
A regular ticket is valid only for the time slot selected at the time of purchase. If you miss your time slot, the ticket is no longer valid.
08 Is access with a stroller possible?
We can store and lock your stroller in an area that is not accessible to other visitors. Unfortunately, it is not possible to move around the museum with a stroller.
09 How long does the visit take?
The visit takes approximately 1 hour.
10 Is photography allowed?
Of course, photography is allowed and encouraged in the museum.
11 Do you offer any special discounts for groups?

14 What time is the last entry to the museum?
Last entry to the museum is 1 hour before closing.
